Best way to catch a clown?

OK, I have my two little pint sized 1" ORA maroons ready to put in the main display (ie: they've been in quarantine for two months).

Here is my concern.....

The current Maroon is very aggressive toward her own species and extremely posesive of her RBTA regardless of any species that comes with in 4 inches of the RBTA. She has a rather large collection of hermit crab shells from the hermits she has killed. Needless to say, the big girl needs to find a new home. The only time I've ever caught my fish or even tried to for that matter is when I broke down the old 29 when moving the occupants to the new 75 gallon over a year ago. I really want a pair, so the big gal needs to shamoosh.

I'd like to hear of several different methods so that I can come up with a method that will work best for me.

Clowns are very easy to catch. After the lights are out and she has settled into her nem, just put a net over her and the nem, that's her shelter, she's not going anywhere but in the net.

I use a clear bag with fishing line weaved around the opening. A little food inside, the fish enters, a quick tug on the line, the bag closes. Fish is ready for transportation.

I wouldn't use nets on Maroons unless you absolutely have to. Their cheek spines can be damaged in nets.
