Best way to catch a fish?

I need to remove one of my clowns from my display. Obviousy don't want to remove all the rocks to do so. I tried baiting a net, but that didn't seem to hep. Is it worth buying a fish trap? What's the best way? My tanks only 29g, so its not oo big, but still difficult to catch the fish.

I need to catch him, because I noticed a small discoloration and I wanted to get a closer look and perhaps move him to QT if needed.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hunger strike for a few days maybe. When the clown is at the glass on top just scoop it up.

Don't let the fish see the net...

Mine looks a little different; but yeah, fish trap is the way to go.

If the fish is sick, then maybe a hunger strike is not the best in that particular situation.
