Best way to cement rocks together

Trying to gather everything i need for the new tank. What has everyone used to cement rocks together for a more minimalist look.

This covers use of hydraulic cement. I used some in my current build along with fiberglass rod. Works very well.

I use 2 part epoxy to make the strong connection between rocks. Once that has cured I go back with some Portland cement to make the rocks appear as though they are one formation. Basically this serves as added bonding and strength between the rocks and for making the appearance more uniform and not looking like you just did what you did, glue rocks together.
