Best way to feed an Anemones

I have a bubbletip sea anemones and i was wondering whats the best way to feed it. I have heard that it will eay just the left over food that i feed my other fish but it doesnt seem to ever reach it.

Could i feed it a full frozen cube of Mysis or Brine shrimp?

If you give it just a straight frozen cube you will kill it
I dice up silversides and soak it in kent microverts then use a baster to spot feed it.
it loves it and eats every other day

Do not feed them the cube well it is Frozen the cold will stress your BTA out . I would let it sit in a cup of tank water then rinse it out and then use like a turkey baster to spot feet it . I like to feed all my BTA's and raw store bought shrimp and Scallops .

I do a small piece of scallop about once a month, and it picks up mysis at feeding time.

Ok thanks for the help I was planning on the turkey baster method just wasnt sure if the frozen cube route would work. But thanks for the help. Off to get a turkey baster.

Also, Is there anyway to relocate a Sea Anemones? Mine has attached to a rock facing the back corner of my tank, so i was wondering if it would move in the future just cause I cant see it? Or did it pick that spot cause it really liked it?

First off how long have you had the nem ?? If you just got it this is ok just let it do its thing you can try and slid your light more to the front of the tank and the nem may dry and follow the light to the front . Like I said if you just got it let it be

I feed my Condy scallops from the grocery store. I put it on a shish kabob stick, when the tentacles wrap around the food, I twist the stick slowly, and I'm done.

I feed mine freeze dried krill. I usually hold it with some clips in it's tentacles till it takes it and then let it go.

I feed mine frozen Mysis shrimp twice a week. I have a long pair of stainless steal tongs that I use to feed the nems

Mine eats whatever I feed the fish, catches some itself and the clown brings it a ton of food.
