best way too hook up CA reactor

I am about ready to start up my ca reactor and I want to control the whole process through my ACII.

What's the best way to do this? Should my ph probe be monitoring my tank PH or the effluent from the CA reactor? What sort of programming should I start off with (if you could list what you are currently using, that would be a huge help)? Do I want my feed and circ pumps as well as CO2 solenoid all hooked up to an x10, or do I just want the CO2 solenoid hooked up?

Is there anything I am missing?

Thanks!

Definitely monitor the pH of the tank as it is the most important. Spot check the pH of the effluent and adjust the flow rate/bubble count to get the desired pH (about 6.5 to 6.7). Once the calcium reactor is adjusted, the effluent pH should remain pretty stable.
Don't shut down the circulation and feed pumps; only shut off the CO2 if the pH in the tank drops too low. No water circulating through the Ca reactor may result in the creation of hydrogen sulfide.
