A 29 gallon or larger that is not a biocube would be best, since the warmer water seahorses still are best kept between 70-74 degrees. Biocubes tend to run too warm and typically need their flow modified for seahorses. If you just really love the look of a biocube, it can be done, but it is cheaper and easier to set up a regular 29 for seahorses otherwise.

seahorse biocube

seahorse biocube

The bigger the better, especially because seahorses need stuff to hang on to, definetely keep the heater in the sump (if you dont get a biocube) or in the back filtration area so they dont get burned. also stick plants and gorgonians that the seahorses can hold onto. Try to get captive bred, they are better for the environment, and they are a little more hardy and arent as sensitive to high water temperatures.
