Between a rock and a hard place

So my tiger conch looks he may be stuck. Can they get out of this or should I go ahead and give him a lift?
May have to move the upper rock to do so.

Probably stuck, Concs are sand snails and cannot move on rocks.

Well got him out. He seems happy. Had to move the rock work, which of course didn't go back exactly like I had it. :/
