It seems we have been the talk of the town.
Let me informally introduce myself my name is John I own Coral Marine
Life.
I have to thank all the people first on here who said positive things
about
us, it means a lot.
We try our best to help everyone even if it means 90% of the time going
against our policy.
Which is not business profitable but we would rather make friends than
unhappy guest.
Everyone at Coral Marine try there hardest to make everyone happy that
orders through us.
It's a shame this is the first time our name has ever came up in a
negative
manner.
We did not want this to go the way it did but sometimes you have to do
what
is business like.
I wish Dave would have put more emails and the truth on the post
because it
would have made more sense.
Before I get to that, let me start with the information supplied that
doe
not involve the topic.
A gentleman put up a picture of Emeralds, He and I talked. Not a kind
person but that is neither here nor there.
When he asked about the color of the Emeralds I told him they were
darker
and that we were not happy with the photo.
It came out a little to bright. We also informed all customers that
bid on
these auction that in fact they were darker
And that if they wanted to they could retract there bids no questions
asked.
He did not put that in there did he.
I told him they looked like the Photoshop version on zoaid and if he
wanted
he could go and see them.
So I don't understand where we were being dishonest. We are always
straight
forward, if you ask a question we will
Tell you the truth.
Another gentleman post a link to our site which I thought was against
policy
but thank you any way. He stated a comment about a
Yellow torch. The tips are yellow, if you wanted to know! This is the
classification this piece came with from our distributor. We are not
trying
To sale you anything that you are not going to get. We just named it as
it
arrived. It's tips are yellow, it's not uncommon. If we were being
misleading or hard to deal with, don't you think our eBay feedback
would be
nothing but negatives. Wait,
It's all positive coral feedback other than our new one from yours
truly.
It's over 200+ positive.
Not to take up to much of your time.
We did in fact file a claim with FedEx they denied it! They stated we
could
not let him deal with a new claim since it had
Already been filed and denied.
If this happens all it takes is a fax from us to give him control.
That
option was not available.
We do take our photos under 2 110 watt Vho actinic and 2 250 watt HQI
Metal
Halide in some of our systems.
This is not false. We do not add color to our pictures, this is the
truth.
We have been told though by
Leading distributors and other websites that our pictures are sometimes
to
good. I could sit here and give you a laundry list
Of sellers and stores that Photoshop there pictures, I am not going to
do
that. It's not right and is none of my business.
It's funny Dave puts the most resent emails up and is very selective
and
does not include the ones that offer to replace the item over and over.
Sorry, if we may have offended you by offering this we just thought
that
might help. So with that said, we don't see
Were the issue is. If the color is not what it's supposed to be like
then
why are there so many positive feedbacks about his particular piece.
To everyone on Reef Central, If we can say one thing about ourselves
its if
you're not happy, then we are not happy.
We always give to the guest and never take advantage of them. All we
ask is
that you be understanding when FedEx drops the ball.
We have no control over the final outcome when it leaves our shop.
Dave, we
stand by this piece! This is a very nice paly and is as pictured,
anyone who lives in the northern California area, please come over and
see
for yourself.
I want to leave you guys with this. Treat others how you wanted to be
treated. I love talking to people and helping them get there tanks
going.
I personally spend over 80+ hours a week doing emails and phone calls
etc.
Talking to people that have questions or just want items.
If you take what he is saying as the truth, that's your right. If you
want
someone who is understanding to your purchases and will help at all
cost
with an issue than please give us a chance to give you fast responsive
courteous and understanding service. We are in a hobby that deals with
live
animals
We are not sending pants or t-shirts. Things happen and we know that,
we
have never ONCE turned down a person who stated it's not what they
thought
or there item died, that's the truth. We are low key and extremely
helpful
and kind. We don't mind sending you a replacement any day of the week.
We
even offer to go as far as paying part of the shipping involving such
cases
that it was clearly left on the door step.
I personally hate to take up your time and hope you all the best.
Please
feel free judge us as it is your right. But pleases do not deny the
chance
to prove you wrong.
