Bi color angelfish not eating

Hi,
I have bought this bi color angel three weeks ago. Looked healthy and beautiful. At the LFS it did not eat but knowing it was a picky eater I decided to have it and try my best to start feeding it.
Set up a quarantine tank with water from the main tank, I tried many types of food for it but all in vain. I gave it live brine shrimps and artemia. Frozen mysis, artemia, krill. Pellet and flake food. Tried feeding at any time even an hour after switching off the lights. I increase live rock from the main tank (which has an established pods population) into the quarantine tank maybe it would eat, and not starve to death.
All this was in vain, the fish doesn't look pale or has some type of parasite or even scratch with rocks, but now I'm worried because it got skinnier and started to show it's starving.
Would it be a good move if I move it to the main tank where it can find lots to eat (250gal) filled with established live rock

Thanks for your replies
