when i got the fish it had a darker discoloration on it's side like something had bit it. the tail fin was shredded. i didn't think much of it. he's been hiding for days. he came out today and his entire body is swollen. he has not eaten since i got him. if he dies, how long to keep tank fallow? it doesn't look good.
dead when i woke up. he looked like this before he died. a lot like a starving blenny but he wasn't skinny when i got him and wasn't skinny before death. the white fleck is sand. i think the shrimp or crab took a bite out of him after he died.
