big worm

i had the light of on a 30 gal tank with nothing in it but live rock and just now turned the light on only to spot what would wind up to be about an 8 inch worm that looks like a nightcrawler thats laying on the sidewalk after a rain
it stopped moving when the light came on but im not sure what it is or what to do with it.. is it bad? what is it?

literally looks just like a earthworm but a lighter color

Might be a Eunice worm. Try to get a picture and post it. If it is a Eunice you want it out about a week ago.

its a sipunculan, or a peanut worm..
harmless trash eating detritus worm
i think i killed it too cause its not moved since i first saw it
im having a problem with this tank i half cured the rock and then reintroduced it causing a mass introduction of ammonias
