Bigfin Squid

Not a reef fish but a rare vid of a very unusual ocean dweller. They occasionally get trawled up but pics and vids are minimal. This was shot at 7000ft.

The ones seen have been about 8 meters but who knows how large they can get.

Freaky! That thing would creep me out if I saw it. Those deep sea creatures are so interesting, totally different world down there.
