You guys ok down there? I just saw the pics, it's terrible down there. We lost power all day but we are high and dry. I used my truck inverter to power the tank 15 minutes every hour.

I don't know about everybody else But I'm alright, I live on a hill side and we still have power, I hope everyone else is alright :-)

It's not done yet lets pray and cross fingers tanks can be replaced in time but lives can't.Hope all of you guys in the Binghamton area are ok

Just wanted to poke in here and lend what little moral support this post can provide.

My sincere hope is that you all come out of this AOK.

We got hammered pretty good here in Northeast Pa. and while I've seen more than my share of drainage ditches turned into ripping rivers across front yards, ponds turned to lakes, and detours that seemed to take you nowhere this week, I think you folks have it worse.

My thoughts and prayer are with you all.

thank you it is truly a disaster, if you notice nobody from bing is actually posting. they are all evacuated, there are 20,000 people displaced, our pop. is 37, 000. it is truly a disaster, whole neighborhoods in great areas are gone. all washed away.

A bunch of years ago, I owned a place just north of Sydney. When you speak of great areas............well it means something to me. I also know it as a resilient area and tough as nails. I wish all of you the best.

The end of my street is gone but house is ok. Was not able to come home Wednesday but got in the next day. The family was at the house but I could not get there. Lost power Wednesday night but was back on Thursday morning at 9. Very sorry for all those who where not as lucky as me.

Dave, we were talking about you and remembered you were on a hill and figured you were ok. Glad for those that had luck on their side and verysorry for those that didn't.

Anyone hear from Jacksonpt? I know he lost power last time and I'm pretty sure he would have lost power again. He lost so much last time.

I'm in Hallstead, PA just south of thepircs -- flooding took out both of our small shopping centers at the I-81 exit (4-5 ft of water in Rob's Market -- local grocer), but my photography studio on Main St was spared -- the water stopped just before it came across Rt 11.

Just moved into our new house in New Milford, we're up on the side of hill there so no water any where near us.

Power was out for several days during the Irene problems, but stayed on during the flood ?? Gotta love those generators...
