Just got a new Bio Cube and it came with 1-36 Watt Actinic Blue straight pin, 1-36 Watt 10,00 k Daylight straight pin and 1-.75 Lunar LED Bar.
Will this be enough for soft coral ?

Pretty much anything will sustain soft coral as they are photosynthetic.. but if you Really want them to do well you'll upgrade your Lights.

They will stay alive under the stock lighting, but you won't see any substantial growth or thriving. Here's my Biocube 32 with Steve's LED's retro kit... I highly recommend their lights!

The stock lighting is fine for most all soft corals, and you will see growth providing all the other parameters are good. There is a couple of issues. First is they do produce a lot of heat, but as long as you keep your house in the 74 range this should not be too much of an issue.
Next issue is they do lose their effectiveness after about 6 to 9 months and should be replaced. Not real cost effective in the long run.
If in the future you decide to change lighting then led's are a good option, but until then take your time and have fun with the hobby.
