I just filled my 34 gal with some marine plants from gulf coast eco systems will be soon getting a pair of seahorses. And was wondering if running bio pellets would cause any problems with the macro. Also is it ok to run the reactor after the skimmer.

I would wait to see if the macro is enough to export your excess N's and P's, before considering a BP reactor. If you go with a reactor, the effluent needs to be in or near the intake of your skimmer.

Thanks i guess i will just use GFO for now and see how that goes...

If plants are anything like algae (and they do photosynthesize like algae), then strong pellets will slow their growth.
