Biocube lighting issues

I have biocube 8 gallon and the lights stopped working. The one light works intermitantly but the main light does not. I have changed the ballasts and bulbs in both of them and still have the same issue. Any idea what it night be? PS i have call oceanic tech support and have not received any call back.

Hmm...this is a common problem with the Bio-cube...maybe try posting in the Nano-tank section
