Biocube stock skimmer.

Hi guys,

I'm just looking for input on this guy. I have one on my 14g biocube but can't seem to get it dialed in.. i set the bubbles to the neck right below the cup and all looks great but randomly it will fill the cup with water. The water definitely has some sort of skimmate(noticed by the smell of it) but the water is very clear and has nothing floating around in it... Is there any tricks or mods I can do? Any opinions at all are welcomed. Thanks for the time

Can you set them to skim less wet? How far along is the tank?

You can go on ebay and buy the lime wood. I bought 12 of them for $9.99. I change it out every month. As far as the collection cup filling with water...it might be because the bubbles are popping and small droplets are collecting in the cup. Because the cup is so small I set mine up so the bubbles are about 3 inches from the collection cup. This makes for dry skim mate. I'd say give it a day, it probably needs to be broken in.
