Bioload of a Cleaner Shrimp

I was wondering how significant the bioload of one of these is. I want to add one more to my 46 bow thats already fully stocked. I have an extremely powerful filtration system originally built for a 125. Can I do it or not?

I'm sure they do add a bit to the bioload, but i'm almost inclined to say negative bioload because they mostly just scavenge around and clean things up.

It only adds bioload if you feed the tank more because of it.

+1 And because they are very good at reaching tiny bits of food in the LR like sedor said they are probably a net gain to the system. I have had cleaner/fire shrimp in all of my systems and believe they are an important part of the overall health of my tanks.
