bioload of reef safe fish

I'm stocking my tank and making some decisions about fish selection. I'm am curious to hear other peoples thoughts on the bioloads of individual species of fish. In short, what fish tend to make a reef dirty with algae and what fish have minimal/positive impacts on a reef. Examples would be things like: they need to eat a ton of food(-), eat 3x plus a day (-), they eat algae off rocks(+), they sift sand(+),,,ect.
