Bird wrasse nose bumps!

I have a 55 gal tank with a clown, puffer, tang and bird wrasse. My bird wrasse has lumps on his nose! Doesn't seem to be able to shut his mouth completely. I am new to the forum and really need help!

I'd say either fungus or bacterial infection, with a minor possibility of parasites. The broadest range of treatment is probably provided by Metronidazole, soaking food in it, IF he can eat. If he can't, this fish needs to be in a hospital tank, and the 'zole put into the water [without carbon.] If eating is impaired, this is getting serious fast, and you might google 'mouth fungus fish' and 'bacterial infection fish' and see if it turns up anything. We also have a what-treats-what sticky up at the top that may provide some other suggestions.

I was over yesterday and he was hididng behind the rocks but it appeared he was eating.
