birds nest

Can anyone ID this black dots on birds nest ? I don't see them moving , they are appearing or I just noticed not sure , the poplyps are fully extended in general and it looks ok other than those black dots

Not sure, but it kind of looks like holes to me, but that's just a guess & I am viewing your pic on a phone. My pink birdsnest doesn't have anything similar.

I would inspect it as night after lights out to rule out pests. If you don't get good answers here try the SPS forum. Hoping it turns out to be nothing.

I have a god magnifying glass and with it they don't look like holes, but is still hard to tell.
