I have heard about very aggressive female clarkiis biting thier owners. I have had a 5incher for about a month now and her bite has gotton worse and she now is making me bleed. Do i need to worry about any infections that come from my tank?

Wow, ihave never had a clark's draw blood, they do have some wicked little teeth though. That link is kind of unsettling. Short of coin collecting this is about the safest hobby I can think of. Maybe wear some kitchen gloves?

I'd rethink that. There are people who react badly to coral stings (Euphylllias, anemones, etc). One of my best friends went into allergic shock after being stung by her carpet anemone. Some people can be in awful pain from bristleworm. Zoanthids are one of the most toxic and dangerous animals in the world. Many fish and inverts have stinging powers as well (lionfish, urichs, etc).

Let alone the link I gave above, and all kinds of infections that can happen due to the bacteria filled water in our tanks.

:)
