BK 300 INT dimension ?

I saw on your site that the overall height for the BK 300 INT is about 26", but Im wondering how much clearance you need to remove the cup as well? I've heard 1-2", but wanted to confirm as Im building a new stand and want to make it as low as possible, yet leave room to run this awesome skimmer.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes
1 or 2 inch will be fine,however a little more room will make it easier to work under the tank
