Nice skimmer. Welcome to Bubble King Club! Your skimmer looks like the old style coming with two drain pipe. The new one is having only 1 drain pipe. Btw, it is nice skimmer, you need to tune the skimmer to get more bubble.

Man, I;m full of of envy. This Skimmer is topnotch. My friend has one and his tank looks so clean because of it despite of feeding alot. Congrats on your new toy!

Thank you guys. By the way, this is the BK400. I think the BK300 has 1 wedge pipe. This is the one Scott from captive ocean got it from Germany for me.

I thought the one Loc built for you looked a lot "WHITER". as in produced more bubbles with the 2 H&S needlewheels. This BK just looks like an overgrown beast

I am just messin with you, nice skimmer, but dont they use unions to connect the red dragon to the skimmer? That tubing with clamp looks CHEAP! hahahahahahahahahahaha

Plus now you have to wait a few days for it to break in while your fish poop all over LOL.

Hello Laverda, the protein skimmer loc built for me with 2 H&S eheim pump was sold long time ago to this dude from L.A. He want to buy my protein skimmer cuz my DIY work better than his Octopus 3000 lol.

I have to turn the beast off this morning to redo my plumbing. I just got it back up and running. Within 10mins it already produce skimmate. Aint that amazing . I need to feed my fish more now since that protein skimmer my drive my nutrient level down to Zero soon. What is the best auto feeder? (Eheim?)
