Black and white banded worm ID (PIC)

Hey all,

Was hoping to get a scientific name for this guy. It's over 6" long, and very thin. Thin black bands with BRIGHT thin stripes on either side of each band. The thinner bit in the background is actually the tail, he is circling back around in this picture. I've seen it (or others just like it) three times now, but the other two times were just peeking out of the LR. Just happened to walk by and see him up against the glass the other night and grabbed the camera.

Thanks in advance for the ID and any info!

It could be a Nemertean, or ribbon worm. They are smooth worms -- no segments and no appendages, and are long and thin, circular or elliptical in cross section.
