Black and White Clown eggs

So while I was cleaning the glass on my smaller 55 gal this morning, I noticed that my two black and white clowns had a small area of what I believe to be eggs. I'll try and get pics once the water clears again. In this tank are basically just some softies, a ton of BTAs, (free come get some please) and a small yellow tang. I am wondering what I should do. Should I try and remove the live rock that has the BTAs and eggs somewhere, leave them? Also, if I am lucky enough for them to hatch, what's the best avenue to take for their care and survival? I've had clowns and reef tanks for years, but never I've never had any lay eggs. Maybe because there are no predators in the tank? Anyways, opinions most welcome.
And did I mention, I have tons of free (beige BTAs for free? :) )
