Black Axil Chromis Swimming Issue

I have a chromis that might have flukes. It's gone from being brighter color to kind of dark, greyish in color. Plus the fish stopped eating, just kind of swimming all over the tank, bumping into the objects/walls. Very clumsy. Its gills arent working that fast, but maybe its not getting enough oxygen. The tank should be well aerated since it has a HOB filter and a powerhead spewing out bubbles. I have it in Prazipro and plan on dipping the fish in ParaGuard. Just wondering if the fishes actions are typical of flukes or some other issue.
