Black Blotches on True Clown

So recently I had a dKH spike when I was trying to dial in my Ca Reactor. the spike was over 16.

I noticed that my clown now has some black blotches on him. These are not raised. I have heard of black ich but have never seen it. These spots look nothing like white ich. They are like small bruises
