black clown mising other green ick? help!

all were ther this morning went to take a look again and couldnt find 1 of my blacks and the other on has a green spike and the tip of his fin supposed to be white are light green any help please both 2 years old new add are plum crazy orange cap yellow tang tangs seems to be in good shape as my other pair of clowns

i think my fish are fine my question now is could a harliquin shrimp take down a fish if the fish got to close and and my shrimp was about to have babies
