Just a couple other things, PM is key but payment trumps all as far as priority. I can take credit cards through paypal for payment if that is more convenient but cash at pickup is best. I'm willing to drive a few miles from the tower grove area (63116) to drop off or meet someone but I cannot have people over to the house for browsing. Sorry for the inconvenience but I respect my wifes request to not have strangers in the home.
