black ich treatment?? help please!

i think my naked clowns have black ich, i noticed black spots on the female (and i'm pretty sure it's not melanization) and the little male keeps scratching himself on the sand, however, i don't see any black spots on him. both fish are currently eating and pretty active so i'm hopeful. they're in a 30g oceanic with 15g sump, and with a flame angel which is so far healthy. what is the treatment? the tank doesn't have many corals in it, so i can move those into my other tank, and then could i treat the whole tank? if not i can also set up a quarantine if necessary. basically, what do i do so i don't lose them?? thanks!

thanks so much, the first link was very helpful. i did a freshwater dip yesterday thinking it might be flukes. i'm gonna go find some formalin though and start the formalin baths.
