hey guys i was wondering while at walmart i saw some black lights and thought....hey if this could work on corals it would be awesome....has anyone tried it and does it or could it work,as moons only im guessing
I've read something somewhere about this being done made the corals glow but then again might give ya a headach after looking at it heres a link to a fourm talking about it dont see that it could hurt anything http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38006
i only asked this because i didnt think any other t5 bulb could put a "glow" to anything like black light can but i see by what others say atinics can put that glow on however theres no way you can use an atinic as a moon light because it is too strong of a light, its cool that you can use atinics to glow corals along with whatever other bulbs for day use but i'd like the same thing with moon lights to go along with my diy blue neon tubes i have as moonlights right now
