Black Light as moonlight

Hi
I posted this on another forum without a definitive answer.
Ill like to know if i can used a 13w flourescent black light bulb as a moonlight for my reef tank, if i decide to use them ill be using 2 of them.
Please advice!

I would be concerned with the output of UV light created by black lights.

I used one for about 2 years no ill effects

I've tried that before. I didn't like it at all... it made the tank look very hazy.

this might not be to good of an idea for your own eyes either =/
