Does anyone know where I can order some plants or more likely seeds? I see there are some available on Ebay but the seller is in the UK. The scientific name is Avicinnia germinans I think.

you may need to wait a few months.

most black and red mangroves drop their seeds in the fall.

PM me in september or so and i can get you some right out of the water for the cost of shipping
