Black solid in mouth of RBTA

Hi All,
I just got a RBTA a couple of days ago. Last night his tentacles shriveled up and he didn't look good. I noticed a brown/black solid in his mouth. He looked constipated. I know that they will often shrink up when excreting, but just wanted to make sure that solid was ok. I know I am probably being paranoid. He has since swelled back up and I think he looks good, but there is again another black pea sized solid in his mouth. I have attached a pic of what he looks like now, but can't get a pic of the black solid.

My params are as follows:
90 gallon tank with 144W of Blue/white LEDS
NH4 - 0
NO2 - 0
NO3 0 0
Phosphates - 0
Calcium - 380 - 420
DkH - 8-11
SG - 1.025
Temp - 79

Thanks for the help IMG_2879.jpg

Are your lights considerably brighter than the LFS you got it from? Mine did this when I first got it for about 2 days. Now it is about once a week I am no expert but I believe it is normal when they switch lighting and from time to time they do it to expel waste. Freaked me out the first time, but if it puffs back up and coloring is good it is probably ok. Mine still freaks me out doing it from time to time.

Thanks. Yeah, I think mine are quite brighter, he actually went and hid on the underside of a rock for a couple of days. Yesterday when he shrunk all up I turned the rock over so I could monitor him. I expected him to move back, but he stayed there all day and has been looking real good. These are indeed very odd creatures, and do some things that just don't look that normal.
