black splotches on Naso Tang

Anyone seen this? we are in Hypo salinity now to combat ICH. has been that way at 1.009 for 7 days so far with another 3-4 weeks left to erradicate. all other fish are good and it has been 2 days since the last sight of any ICH on the Sohal tang. Naso seems a bit slower today and has these blck blotches on him. Never seen this before. fish is eating like a PIG and otherwise acting like a Tang. Tank has been running for about 8 weeks with liverock from previous owner and my own. barely saw any cycle. I do have some Chaeto in the tank that the naso has been snacking on. that is being relocated to the sump. Naso and sohal were put into this tank 2 weeks ago.

they have never squared off. they came out of the same tank when I bought them and were placed here at the same time. they get along well.

I am also doing hypo on my yellow and purple tang, white spots completely gone but now seeing these black splotches on both. Something to do with hypo !?!
