black spot - need help

What do you mean by black spot. What kind of fish has it? It may be black ich or if you have corals then it could be coral stings.

lots of black spot on my sailfin tang. before he was very healthy and never had any problems until now.

It sounds like your tang has the infamous black "ich". It is not a protozoan like normal ich, rather, it is a turbellarian (flatworm). I suggest a quarantine treatment with praziquantel, which seems to be fairly effective against the disease.
Also, FW dips help (around 10 mins). Usually the praziquantel is used when you can't eliminate them all with the dip.

I would not suggest anything with not knowing what it is. Reg try to get us a picture.

what is this black spot thing. is it contagious to other fish as well. will it go away in few days?

i will try to get pics if i can. sometimes i have problem uploading pics. because my pics has to much memory. how can i take pics in low memory of my camera

I apologize, as I omitted "may," as in "may" have black ich. The praziquantel was recommended if this was the case. But just judging by the description, it seems that reg828 already knows that it is a disease :) and wanted to know its treatment and cause. A picture would be nice though.
