Black spots on clown fish

So I noticed black spots appearing on my misbar clown it's only on the female not the male. No other fish in the tank have anything on the once so ever, tank parameters are all in check. All fish were in QT for three months, her tank mates are.... yellow tang, her clown mate, leopard, and a mandarin. As for as corals only zoas (it's a zoa garden). Every coral was dipped multiple times with all the bases cut and bought from very very reliable reefer (i got to hand pick them). I'm almost 99% sure she was trying to host in some of my zoas that's the only thing she can think of, she is very very active and is still eating like a champ as she always has. I'll also add nothing has been added to then tank in months at this point. Thanks guys!

lol they will get used to the stings so the spots won't come back also so don't worry about it to much.
