Black Spots on Clown

My wifes Orange Ocellaris Clown has become speckled with little black dots all over it's body, what could this be? He doesn't seem lethargic or to have difficulty breathing at all and still eats like a pig. He is in her nano reef tank with a Black Ocellaris Clown. We don't have a "Q-tank"...I know, I know...everyone should but we quite simply don't have the room in our apartment so my question is, if this is indeed some sort of disease what can I do to treat him in a reef tank? Any and all helpful suggestions and/or opinions would be appreciated!!!

Grunt that's exactly what her Clown looks like and guess what, she has no anemone (yet) but does have a tank full of different kinds of zoo's. Glad to know it's nothing serious :).

My clownfish has the same exact thing. Mt female hostes the GBTA and the male hostes the frogspawn. They have relation problems the female kicks him out of the anemone when he gets close to it.

Will my frogspawn suffer any problems from it being hosted.
