black spots on honey damsell

i have a honey dasmsell and it has about three black spots on each sdie these just a peared reacently and i dont knoe what they are they are bigger than ich spots and i looks like they are part of the scales. also as i noticed these spots i have also noticed that he is also very skittish. all the paramaters are fine. i dont know what they are or how to fix it so please help

You can still have parasites in water with good parameters. It may have been introduced to your tank. you could try getting a cleaner wrasse to clean it up but they usually starve once all the parasites are gone.

would a cleaner wrasse survive in an agressive tank? would a cleaner wrasse eat all parasites like black ich another diseases?

y. tang, and clown (perc.), and three turbos and a green crab

Thats not an aggressive tank. I wouldn't recommend getting a cleaner wrasse because they ususally starve once all the parasites are gone.
