Black spots on Ocellaris?

Some background:

Tank is 1 year + established, clown was the second addition of 3 and has been in the tank for over 10 months.

Other inhabitants are a Coral Beauty angel and psudochromis.

There are about half a dozen black spots on eat side of the clown, mostly in the tail, and end 1/3 region, with a few closer to the head. I can't get a picture because my camera can't focus that close up.

The black spots are about the size of a pencil tip and are only on the orange parts and not the stripes.

I can give more information if needed.

Any idea what this is?

Are you saying you have 3 clowns in a 29? Black spots could possibly be black ick caused by being stressed.
If I misread, then I will ask if you have any zoos in the tank. Black spots then would be caused by the fish being stung by the zoos. The spots will eventually disappear as the clown gets used to the zoos.

Yes, and their in my 10G not 29....

Just kidding.

Didn't intend to word it that way, I used to have two clowns until the black ocellaris male went carpet surfing. This orange clown in question was the 2nd addition of my 3 total fish now in my 29G.

I have 3 types of zoas in my tank which I have never seen it near. It was however chased into my frogspawn last week by my psudochromis.

Actually now that I think of it, It's either stress from this damn psudochromis or a sting from my frogspawn.

Which would be worse? Is there anything I should do about it besides shoot this psudochromis?

its a sting from the frogspawn, mine had the same thing, wentually he got used to it and now hangs happily in the frogspawn without any spots. If you want to look it up to see if thats it, its called hyper-melanization.
