Black striped marron clown

I was watching an andaman dive video I think it was and they showed what appeared to be a maroon clown but with black stripes being hosted by a RTBA. My question is, is this just another variety of maroon or something more special?

We would need to see the video. It was probably just a trick of light. I've never seen a clown with black stripes.
