Starting to settle in quite nicely last night. Even ate its portion of krill about an hour after the move. :)

For the most part, no. Ive been researching on Mags and the consensus seems to be that they will migrate to the tallest rock where there is the most light and flow. I have been following Joe Pecks tank thread closely for the past couple months. The structure the nem is on was made specifically with the nem in mind. Its a flattish rock with a concave area in the middle like a bowl. So far it hasnt moved an inch from where i placed it. Its right under my LEDs and in line with the WP25 and the return nozzles. When i had in in the biocube in parked itself at the very top of the rocks right in front of the korallia.

Also, i read that its best to keep them away from glass or walls. If they feel the glass or wall they will try to migrate to it to try to climb even higher.

Eddie, This is Joe Pecks tank. This is the same type of anemone. Im still trying to get mine to color up like his. Maybe one day....

Liverock Holding Tank

Liverock Holding Tank

So most of the rock is in the new tank and all the livestock is transferred. Some of the rock i didnt put in because i noticed some aptaisia on them and also a couple zoa plugs. I placed them in the 30 gal tank i won from MACNA until i can figure out what to do with them or remove the aptaisia. Also put the 3 ruby red dragonetes in there until the new rock is more established with more micro fauna / pods, etc.

Only one problem now...i dont know if i want this tank to be "temporary", lol. Its turned into quite a nice little tank with the established plating and encrusting montis on there. :headwallblue:

I can just see the "spouse factor" being a concern, LOL.

Also started working on transforming one of the closets in one of the bedrooms into a small fish room/closet. Installed a table top. Will also be installing power, some lighting. Plan on using it as a mess room where ill be doing water tests, and where ill be keeping the water containers for my AWC system. The wall on the other side is where all the home networking is and where ill be installing all the hardware, wiring, etc from the tank.
