Blackworms

You culd try petco at towers, or Petsmart before the hour drive to Lynchburg. Get a new picky eater?

Well last time I checked Petco keeps a bunch more stuff and at a lot cheaper price than PAW and for most it is not an hour drive to the store, yes I would like to support LFS over big chains but I would also like world peace and the hole in the ocean to close but life goes on Chuck. Its great that you got a lot of love for PAW but some time you just have to be real.

Sounding picky I'm sure but I doubt you've actually compared prices between the 2, that statement sounds like a broad assumption of all local stores vs. chain accounts. Also "alot more stuff" would be irrelevant in this situation as he is just looking for blackworms. ;) I agree time and gas would make them really expensive if that was all he went to Lynchburg for. I'd call tho, Chris may be able to bring some back when he comes home. I mentioned PAW because of his words, "if possible", I assumed that he had already checked the obvious local stores.
Oh my accountant ****ed me off today w/ a huge bill, thanks for letting me vent here too!!:uzi::celeb2::beer:

Weird it put stars over urinate!

I have in fact checked local stores. I have recently acquired a copperband that is only foraging on live rock and has eaten 3 pieces of spirulina enriched brine and 1 mysis out of 6 cubes. I thought I try black mussels then blackworms if this does not work. Thanks for the input from both of you. Anybody coming from Lynchburg to Roanoke?

I've heard of people trying freeze dried tubifex worms. You can squosh them onto rocks and the aquarium glass.

Thanks. I will give this a try as well. He is cruising the rock well nibbling at the tube worms and fan worms but no takers on earthworms, mysis, brine, bloodworms, mussel, or clam. We are 3 days into it so we will see.
