Blackworms

So after reading about what a wonderful food blackworms are I'm intrigued and would like to get some for my picky eaters....

Does anybody know if live blackworms are available locally?

If not, is there interest in putting a buy together for http://aquaticfoods.com/intros.html

If 8 folks are interested, we could get combo #7 and we'd all get 1/2# of worms and a worm keeper for under $20 shipped ($18.75)

I'm not sure where you're located, but I've seen them in Akron at Two Turtles. I believe I've also seen them at RMS, but you may want to call either location first before heading out there.

Are you looking for live blackworms?
I ordered some live ones once and they all came in dead. If you could find a local pet shop that had some you would be better off.

We never got around to trying them but daphnia would probably entice finicky eaters before tehy died from the osmotic shock. When we lived in the Phillippines we used baby guppies.
