i recently finished up some TEM runs and as far as I can tell, I either denatured the samples too far, or the stain was incorrectly done. I was unable to see any of the substructure you mentioned to me earlier. Could you possibly email me the information to contact the people you collaborated with? I'd like to replicate everything exactly.
