can I get a general outline on keeping and care

want to add some to my collection but want a refresher course feeding, lighting flow ect...

They are fairly easy to care for, if you do a search on this forum there was a thread this past summer regarding all different kinds of blastos.
they love meaty foods though such as mysid shrimps.

I keep mine in low flow, under MH lighting but at the bottom of the tank, and I feed cyclopeeze, brine, and mysis shrimp twice a week.
