Where is the best place to mount the coral. Low , mid or high in the tank ? Under 250w MH's

I keep mine under a little rock ledge. No direct light but still plenty of light and it thrives. They prefer a lower flow as well.

Low flow and low in the tank. I agree that I usually keep mine off to the sides of the tank or under an overhang with indirect light.

Funny really - my Blastos 2 x Wellsi of different colours and 1 x Merletti are mid tank directly under a 150W MH and they are thriving.

Gavin - He stated under 250W halides which is what I have ran for over two years and have had two of my colonies almost as long. Under 150W you should be able to bring them out under the full light, especially if you are running 14-20k spectrums. Under 10k 250W's you don't want to put them there or they will recceed.
