Blastomussa Dying?

I recently bought this coral (its my first) about 4 weeks ago. About 5 days ago I noticed a couple polyps looked like they were dying. My calcium is 460, alk is 9dKH. Is this a disease? I dipped using Coral RX before putting it in my tank. As you can see in the picture, where the polyps were in front, it is turning white and hard. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Try movie it to the sand bed out of strong light! Some lps dont like strong light. Little more info. Lights? What kind? And cycle? And what additives are you useing?

Hard to diagnose without more info. I have the large polyp and small polyp types in my tank.... neither like strong light or strong flow.

Blasto's are a little more difficult than other LPS. Mine will eat brine shrimp but they eat very slowly. I have to chase my fish away from them so they don't get robbed of their meal. Try this:

If all your parameters seem fine, move them to low lighting, low flow, and try target feeding with thawed (frozen) brine. I use a syringe with tubing attached to the tip. I squeeze until the brine shrimp make contact with the tentacles. I do this with all pumps turned off and lights off. This is the only way I can get them to capture food. Takes 10-15 minutes for them to take a brine shrimp into their mouth. Once fed though, they seem really happy and puff up for the rest of the day.

I moved it to the bottom of the tank and out of the flow. I have the
"AquaticLife PowerCompact CF Light Fixtures w/ Lunar LED's" for lighting. Its on with the 420/460 bulbs for 12 hours and the 420/460 and 10k for 9 hours. I feed brine shrimp with a syringe one or twice a week. I do water changes every 2 weeks. I use "Brightwell Aquatics Kalk+2 - Advanced Kalkwasser Supplement" in my top off water. Should I move it completely out of the light (underneath some live rock)?

"Fuel" is good if u have 0 phosphate and/or low nutrients! If u dont have 0 phosphate the "Fuel" can cause an algae bloom!
