I am in tierrasanta california , but I was born and raised in hawaii. If this tank was in hawaii I am pretty sure I would go directly to jail for having this stuff

Nope. pretty much fish only in hawaii. The coral reefs in hawaii are pretty "bland", and you cant export any coral to hawaii.

Tamarins are actually eating mysis. You should hear the snapping sound they make when they eat.
